Speaker Profiles 

Erin Miller
Erin is a trade marketing, category management and e-commerce expert in the consumer packaged goods sector. She has more than 10 years of experience with some of the industry’s leading food brands, and has also worked with retail data analytics leaders such as IRI and Catalina Marketing. In her current role in Barilla Group, she leads the e-commerce channel team with responsibility for strategy, customer development and sales in North America. She has also held senior account management and trade marketing roles in The Dannon Company and Ghirardelli Chocolate.

Linda Crowder
Linda joined Peapod as senior director of Peapod Interactive in January 2015. She is responsible for leading the Peapod Preferred Partners program and developing the shopper marketing strategies and programs for the online business. Prior to joining Peapod, Crowder worked at S.C. Johnson & Son as director of shopper marketing, leading the creation of the national shopper marketing division. Before that, Crowder worked for Kraft Foods, advancing through various roles of increasing responsibility, including leadership of North American promotions, collaborative customer marketing and multicultural marketing.

Raj Rao
Raj is an experienced global business management executive specializing in the development of consumer products and services, marketing capabilities and cross functional innovation teams for multinational organizations. With a background in the FMCG and Personal Care industries combined with expertise in strategic new product development, Raj’s breadth of experience spans business strategy, marketing, consumer brand design, technology development and implementation of electronic commerce initiatives. He has worked for multinationals like Procter & Gamble, 3M and Brunswick in various operational, marketing and executive positions in Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America.

Garry Moroney
Garry is a serial entrepreneur with a background in establishing leading technology product companies that successfully solve intractable business problems for global corporations. As CEO of Clavis Insight, Garry and his team are enabling consumer goods manufacturers  to track and optimize their online channel presence and performance.

John Neilson
John Neilson is Director of Marketing Insights at Clavis Insight. He has over 10 years’ experience and expertise in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail and insight industries. Beginning his career as a retail analyst with Kerry Group in 2002. John then moved to lead Customer Marketing in Unilever Ireland HPC. In 2006 John he joined dunnhumby, rising up the ranks to Senior Client Director. Whilst working with dunnhumby John became the first (and only) member of the global team to join the Tesco buying team, where he worked with the Baby Food & Baby Care category teams for six months.

Hans Lee 
Hans is a driven entrepreneur and leader who has spent the last decade focusing on creating advances in human-computer interaction and developing them into products. As CEO of Sticky, Hans and his team enable manufacturers, retailers and online publishers to optimize websites, product pages and advertisements for consumer engagement.

Clare Conway
Clare is all about solving problems with data. As Head of Product Management at Clavis Insight, Clare is focused on defining the Clavis Insight product strategy to quickly and effectively deliver analytics that drive our customers’ eCommerce business strategies.
